In August of 2012 Christian Heritage Academy (CHA) suffered a major flood that affected two elementary buildings (5 classrooms and multiple storage, utility areas, and office spaces), our 400-seat cafeteria, and 1200-seat auditorium. Phoenix Construction Services was on our property and working within a few hours of when the flood occurred and stayed throughout the restoration process. We were very pleased with the work that was done, the time frame within which it was completed, the professionalism that was demonstrated, and the communication that we had with Phoenix throughout the entire process.
Following the cleanup stage, we continued working with Phoenix Construction. CHA decided to do some major upgrades along with our restoration work (put the building back better than it was before the flood), so our reconstruction process has been extensive. We simply restored the classroom and office spaces, but we did a major overhaul to our entire auditorium (including the lobby and restrooms) and to our cafeteria and kitchen. We are very pleased with the work that we have had done in our building. Again, the working relationship that we have had with all of the Phoenix personnel involved has been very good.
We heartily recommend Phoenix Construction Services, and would readily use them again on our campus in similar circumstances.

I want to thank you for all of tour hard work and time spent on planning and directing the repair services that were done at my home. I was very impressed and pleased by the work performed by all of the workers from your company. Each man that provided repair work was very friendly, helpful, and relatable and quite competent.
As stated above, special thanks go to you, Derek, for all the planning and supervision work that you did. Thank you!

I wanted to tell you again how much I appreciate everything your company, both the restoration and reconstruction sides, did to restore our house back to our home.
I have known Greg for a number of years and have always found him to be extremely knowledgeable as well as professional. Greg’s restoration crew was friendly, efficient and helpful as they worked first to verify the extent of the water damage then remove our flooring and baseboards.
Jeff and Greg both were helpful in ensuring we received what we were supposed to under our insurance policy (thanks to Greg’s experience in the field). Jeff was extremely patient and always kind as we went through the process of reconstructing those damaged areas of our home, in addition to remodeling our kitchen.
During the construction phase, Jamison became a frequent visitor in our home and he was consistently what I would call a “problem solver”. Not that we had too many issues, but if anything arose, Jamison was available by phone or text and then would stop by to resolve or look at the issue. Not only did he resolve everything to our satisfaction but he took a personal interest in doing so. We enjoyed working with Jamison and can’t say enough positive things about him.
We love our new home and we appreciate everything your folks did to put us back into our home!

Jamison Meppelink is a supervisor/foreman with Phoenix Construction of Oklahoma City. Mr. Meppelink was the supervisor for the remodeling crew on my shipping container home in Oklahoma City. He organized all crews and assured that work was performed quickly and efficiently. He also kept me informed of scheduled work and assured me that my home was cleaned before a crew left the premises.
The first day Mr. Meppelink arrived he covered the carpets with film to assure no dirt would be tracked in. On the last day of work he assured my home was cleaner than it has been when his crew began work.
If that were not enough, Mr. Meppelink is a good and pleasant person who has high standards for himself and his crew. It is an honor and pleasure to know him. I look forward to working with Mr. Meppelink in the future.
